We ship our products within the Faroe Islands and abroad. Snældan will aim to deliver your order according to the timeframes listed in the table below. Please note that many of our products are produced on order and therefore some deliveries can take longer than others. You are welcome to contact us for further information regarding this.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If you regret and wish to cancel your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased and is considered used if it used beyond what is possible by testing the product in store.

All returned goods are expected to be returned along with the original receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. 

You can either return the package or contact the store. You may also send an email to Snældan customer service at snaeldan@olivant.foor call us at +298 44 71 54 / +298 35 71 54.

If a consumer uses the right to cancel a purchase, the full amount paid will be refunded, including shipping costs from Snælan . In the case of return of goods, the consumer must cover the shipping costs.

COMPLAINTS OR FAULTY ITEMS

 

By law, as a customer, you hold the right to return items with manufacturing faults within a period of 2 years (24 months). 

If you receive an item with a material or production fault or defect you have the right to choose between the following options:

  • You can get the product repaired
  • You can exchange the product with another product
  • You can get a reduction off the original price
  • You can get a full refund

Once you discover any fault or defect you are expected to contact Snældan on +298 447154 or +298 357154 as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

 

You can only pay by credit card via entering your card information. We treat the information confidentially and guarantee 100% security.

You may pay with the following credit cards:

  • Dankort, inkl. Visa/Dankort

  • MasterCard
  • Visa Electron
  • JCB

When you pay, you need to enter the name on the card, credit card number, expiration date and security code. Once you have completed the payment, the money will be deducted from your account and you will receive an invoice by email.

Snældan encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer), meaning that unathorised persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transactions.
